Poem for her 497

Dear Readers,

Showers

Standing there watching the rain fall
Warm and soon to be soapy you in the stream
The shower in the cabin mimics the one out front
The warmth here different as if it's cold outside
It will be warm in here and steady
The sound of the joy at the waves of rain
The steady flow of sprinkles on your back
The rub of the warm drops down down
The sides of you standing here
Glad to have designed it so well
That two of us can stand in the flow
Of warm water down down down
Falling from the top of the wall edge
Shower inside better than waiting for the clouds
Soft warm towels as we each step out into
The warm dry room to see the window
That has a dry outside no cloud in sight

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
