Poem for her 606

Dear Readers,

Art project

The pile of leaves on the park bench
Selected by color and size and such
The camera was ready
I had her sit with her hand on the table
Then we set out to take still photos
Her hand and a leaf
I would when I could
Get her to laugh
Then take her picture
She discovered them later
She figured it out faster that last time
Sometimes sticking her tongue out when I hit click
The pile of leaves this time was small
Only 30 the trees at this park just turning
We'd make the photos into a few things
Sheet puzzles, and scrapbook pages
Little things and big things
The smiles went into the pages too

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
