Poem for her 781

Dear Readers,

Yellow and Green Forth

The land was a bit rocky
The timber was mixed
Lots of Pines and others
There was that spring
That stream
Those ponds off a hillside
There was a glade
Some other land attached
The price was just about
The ideas flowed almost as fast
As the rain from the sky
Then he saw the sunflowers
They were hidden on a bank
There at the edge of a rock fence
The place had seen people once
Like a lot of places
There the sign said
Pick me

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
