Poem for her 779
Dear Readers,
Yellow and Green too
The van still sat in it's space
The car was there too
This time it was in a city
Far away fro the other
The mint tea in the growler hot
The plans in our hands
What to do
The car was hers
As a side note
That one she'd always wanted
The one she dreamed of
The color her pick
The trip today
Was in another van
We were land hunting
Roads might be iffy
The plans in hand
The sheets of paper damp
It was foggy
We were hyped
Happy Birthday Babe,
Charles.
Yellow and Green too
The van still sat in it's space
The car was there too
This time it was in a city
Far away fro the other
The mint tea in the growler hot
The plans in our hands
What to do
The car was hers
As a side note
That one she'd always wanted
The one she dreamed of
The color her pick
The trip today
Was in another van
We were land hunting
Roads might be iffy
The plans in hand
The sheets of paper damp
It was foggy
We were hyped
Happy Birthday Babe,
Charles.
