Poem for her 296

Dear Readers,

Paint on

the pick up sticks were all over the table
some in this last turn out had fixxled and
landed or rolled to the floor
It was just picked up and placed in the can
he smiled and said to her
well I hope we can get more of these
but this set of 500 should last a while
Might take us a few weeks to get them all
off stacked by the rules

Then the doorbell rang and off to the door
the cat went
then the Big Bad Wolf walked slowly out of
the kitchen where a dinner was
slowly cooling
to be cooked
the people at the door were a bit taken aback
a Wolf did live here after all
yes may I help you
the wolf asked
they said they had
to see
little red riding hood
Please
it was just going to be
one of those days
never finish
dinner
they'd take her
away from him
he let them in
they walked into the kitchen and
gasping they almost screamed
the sight so odd
and out of
out of old round things and tales

She looked up with eyes that
said
on not again
not again someone to
disturb us
just go away
just go away
but she politely asked
Um what you need
they were still a bit
befuddled
What all was going on
the wolf said
Chocolate painting

The guests were shooo'd out the door
Even though it was Lois and Mike
they just needed to give us time
to get this chocolate sauce
right
or practiced on again
and again
and again

Chocolate paint on
ankle socks for them
both
that would be any
part of ankle kissing
or well you use
your imagination
like lick the chocolate off
take warm shower
take a dip and
and
um I best stop here
Wolves are much more private than I am

They howl though
just like me
glad they finally
caught on how to
do it
so easy just
look at your babe
and sing to her a howl

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
