Poem for her 867

Dear Readers,

Down the Garden Path

Oh that line again they said
The kids laughed
The adults that said it smirked
The kids laughter filled the room
The kids had heard so many tales
They knew the author's voices
The old lady had a voice of
Sky walking mist clouds
The old man had something
Sounds they'd yell those kids
They knew he made lots of them
Scatter shot full of ssss sloxsh
Her sounds soothed their ears
They love both their voices
All their sounds and today
A garden path down yonder way
A tale the adults might not know
Yet some would lean in
Laughing so hard
They'd be there next time
For story line tell the line of time
Down the Garden Path

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
