Poem for her 906
Spring Swing
Over by the spring on the hill
We put in a covered swing
It was finally spring
The winter was long
Fires still made at night
Windows open in the day light
Closed at night chill
Over here by the new rose bushes
Some other flowers from seed
Soon to poke their petals up
Some sailing as it were
Maybe a boat trip by story line
One out to the bay
See the sights at night on smooth waves
Card games many
On the swing by the spring
Happy Birthday Babe,
Charles.
