Poem for her 587

Dear Readers,

Blue

Your eyes are blue like the sky
Pale when seen at an angle
The blue of a few pixels the other day
Standing there in the fishing place
The blue was a hue some fancy skin tone
Then the sky was blue today
The clouds all gone stars above them
The daylight fades and they shine brighter
Blue of the pants in jean material
The belt loops tugged on by my fingers
The blue of the t-shirt as I take a photo
There you are soft and sure dancing
Let me pull you closer still
Give your lips a long look as I get close
Let me hear your sigh as we touch
So close and so soft the day never stops

Happy Birthday Babe,

Charles.
