Poem for her 271
Dear Readers,
Soon The Moon
Soon I will be able to dance with her
In the moon light or shadow
In my arms she swings to and fro
She giggles at the moon glow
She smiles at the wind flowing
Through her hair
Soft flower smell in the air
Soon her face lit
As she bends to kiss me
Soon the moon will pass
Under the tree line
And off to slumber we go
The bed in netting
Under the stars outside
Under the open air
Mist and fog drift into
The canopy area
Drips of dew shine
In star light
Happy Birthday Babe,
Charles.
